I was expecting it to take a bit of figuring out, but the app was actually super easy to use. Everything was right where I needed it, and I found what I was looking for without any hassle.

"Communication could’ve been a lot clearer"
I did get replies, so it wasn’t like I was being ignored, but the messages were confusing and didn’t always answer what I was asking. It made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. for the hassle and back-and-forth, I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit.

I had a quick question and support replied fast. It wasn’t totally perfect, but they were helpful, knew what they were doing, and got it sorted for me without any hassle

Trying to cancel my subscription was such a hassle. I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to or where I looked, which made the whole process way more confusing than it needed to be. It should be simple to cancel, but instead it felt like I was being sent in circles.

"Poor packaging and frustrating support"
My order from juniperlife.com showed up in this flimsy box with hardly any padding inside, and one of the items was badly dented. For what I paid, I really expected it to be packed with more care. I tried reaching out about it too, but I felt like I was just getting passed around instead of anyone actually helping.

Ordered late Monday. It got here by Thursday. Quick, honestly. Tracking was okay. Not super detailed, but enough. Parcel arrived fine. Only took one star off because the dispatch email came a bit late.

"At first I was kind of hopeful..."
At first I was kind of hopeful, like maybe this would be totally fine, but the more I looked into it, the more uneasy I felt. I really wanted to give it a fair chance, but something about it just feels off to me. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but i don’t feel comfortable trusting it right now

"Usable, but they need to tighten things up"
The site was easy enough to get through, but it definitely felt clunky at times. Some parts were slower or more awkward than they should’ve been, and I think they need to take responsibility for cleaning that up instead of leaving users to just deal with it

I gave Juniper a proper try for a while, but i barely lost any weight. It was frustrating because I kept hoping I’d start seeing results, but not much really changed. For what it costs, I expected a lot more. Just felt like I spent a bunch of money and didn’t get much back from it

It’s kind of hard to describe, but the billing just didn’t feel very clear from the start. I wish I’d gotten more of the details upfront so I knew what to expect.

"Consult felt a little rushed"
The doctor did answer my main questions, so that part was okay. It just felt a bit "rushed" and not very personal. Overall it was fine, but I expected a little more from the visit.

I was expecting this to be a bit of a hassle, but managing my subscription was straightforward. I paused it for a month and changed the delivery date without needing to jump through a bunch of annoying hoops. The confirmation email came through quickly too, so credit where it’s due.

"The side effects made me hesitate"
I just didn’t feel totally comfortable with it. The side effect info kind of made me nervous, and when I reached out, they were quick to say it was fine, which didn’t really help me feel better. I’m not saying it’s bad or anything, it just wasn’t for me.

"Coaching was decent, but I felt left in the dark"
The coaching itself was okay and my coach did help me out a few times. The frustrating part was the support side of things. Replies took a really long time, and there were moments where I felt left in the dark waiting to hear back. It made the whole experience feel less reliable than I expected.

"Pretty solid plan with a couple small hiccups"
I was kind of pleasantly surprised by how personal the plan felt. It didn’t seem like some generic copy-paste setup, and the questions were detailed enough that I felt like they actually got a good picture of what I needed. My clinician also made adjustments after I brought up a few concerns, which was reassuring.
Shipping did take a little longer than I was expecting, and the app can be a bit clunky here and there, so I’d probably give it 4 stars. But overall, it’s been a good experience so far, and I’m quietly excited to see how things keep going
